The Sikkim State Lottery holds the Dear Labhlaxmi draw every day at 6:00 p.m., as well as several Bumper Lotteries to commemorate key calendar dates and religious festivals.
The Sikkim Lottery cannot be played online, however tickets can be purchased through lottery agents around the state. Simply tell the agent the draw you want to enter and how many tickets you want, and they will calculate the entire cost for you.

There is now one ongoing Bumper draw in Sikkim, however the schedule is always changing, therefore new draws will be announced in the near future. Tickets for these Bumper draws are normally available at lottery retailers several weeks before the draw date.
Dear Durga Puja Bumper
The Sikkim State Lottery celebrates the Durga Puja (also known as Durgotsava) festival with an annual Bumper draw that gives a top reward of Rs. 10 crores shared between two winning tickets. The second prize is Rs. 2 crore, which is also shared between two winning tickets.
The 2020 Dear Durga Puja Bumper was held on October 24th at 8:00pm, with tickets costing Rs. 2,000. There were 20 ticket series available, each having 1,000 tickets, for a total of 20,000 tickets. The following was the prize structure for the 2020 Dear Durga Puja Bumper:

Sikkim Daily Draws
The Dear Labhlaxmi Daily lottery draw is being offered by the Sikkim State Lottery every day of the week. Every day, thousands of rupees in prize money are available, and 40 lucky ticket holders will each earn a First Prize of Rs. 10 lakhs.
Dear Labhlaxmi Daily
Dear Labhlaxmi Daily is the state of Sikkim’s sole regularly organised lottery. Every day, there is a draw, each with a new name related to a gemstone or precious metal. For example, the Dear Labhlaxmi draw on Monday is known as Platinum Monday, the one on Saturday is known as Ruby Saturday, and so on. The table below lists the names of each draw as well as the dates on which they are held:

The draws are normally held around 6:00 p.m. Each draw has 40 series of tickets, each with a four-digit number; match that number with one of those chosen in the draw to win a prize. The first prize is Rs. 10 lakh, and tickets are Rs. 10.
Each of the top five prizes has one winning combination, and any of the 40 tickets matching that combination wins the related prize. The Sixth Prize has 390 winning combinations, for a total of 1560 rewards. The reward structure for the Sikkim Dear Labhlaxmi is shown in the table below. Daily drawing:

The Fifth Prize is the only one that varies from day to day. The prize on Platinum Mondays is Rs. 200, and it increases by one rupee every day for the rest of the week, thus the prize on Gold Tuesdays is Rs. 201, Rs. 202 on Silver Wednesdays, and so on up to Rs. 206 on Sapphire Sundays.
Note: Since 2020, every lottery in Sikkim has been closed. This website contains information for previous draws and will be updated whenever the Sikkim lottery begins holding draws again. In May 2023, a tender was launched seeking organisations to bid for a licence to manage the Sikkim State Lottery, although the draws have yet to begin. Any entity claiming to administer Sikkim lottery is lying and should be reported immediately.
